Enter Username

Enter your username & registered contact number. Enter Your OTP.

Go to Profile

Go to Profile & Update Your Email Id & Date of Birth

Renew

Select Renewal > Select plan category unlimited > Plan Duration > Select Plan Name and Renew.

Process of complaint registration

Digital TV/DTH And Broadband 

Go to Same App

In the same app, go to left hand side of dashboard.

Add Complaint

Select My Complaints. Add Complaint (RightSide Corner+).

Select Complaint

Select Complaint Category & Add Description.

Submit

Click submit and expect a call from us !
